Red Latina Heading Back North For Summer March 14, 2008

Remember her? Somehow, ICE granted her a wavier to be in the country legally, after she was arrested several times, ordered to leave the country but didn’t, and was finally sent back almost two years ago.
I wonder what grounds ICE used to grant her the waiver. I suppose they thought that St. Louis just couldn’t do without the Red Latina newspaper, which continued to be published even in her absence.
