Work Site Immigration Enforcement Put on ICE August 29, 2007

ICE will no longer be involved in work site raids of illegal aliens. I guess the plutocrats put their foots down and demanded that their cheap labor not be inconvenienced.
At this rate, why even have an ICE and all its expense? I know, it is to fool the people into thinking that the Federal government is actually doing something to enforce immigration law, to give the open borders lobby a stock answer, and the illusion of jurisdictional exclusivity, when states and localities want to pass anti-immigration ordinances.
